Founder & Managing Director, Casagrand
Arun Mn spearheads the entire spectrum of operations. A dynamic and accomplished first-generation entrepreneur and the visionary Founder and Managing Director of CASAGRAND, he has extensive in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry. Armed with BE and MBA Degrees, he had a stint with Wipro prior to venturing into the realm of entrepreneurship.
He pioneered a professional approach in the real estate industry and started the company with five others. Under Arun’s dynamic leadership, the company witnessed remarkable growth, soaring from a turnover of 50 Cr to an impressive 2000 Crs with an employee strength of 8000, 18000+ happy customers and over 120 projects. Having established a strong presence in Chennai, Bengaluru and Coimbatore, the brand has now become South India’s leading real estate developer! He has also forayed into allied areas founding companies such as Interior Solutions (DoMyHome) & Facilities Management (Casagrand PropCare). On the anvil, there are plans to enter into Distri-Parks, Commercial Real Estate, Schools, Co-Living Spaces and more. He has also steered prestigious investors like Motilal-Oswal, Edelweiss, L&T Finance and more on board. His firm commitment to society is reflected through initiatives such as PropCare Facility Management which has trained unskilled labourers and thus provided employment to 4000. Tree planting drives and ASPIRING STARS, a program that sponsors budding young sports talent are other such initiatives.

Founder - Casagrand Industrial and Warehousing
Motiram Prasad founded Casagrand Distripark Private Limited in 2014 and under his able leadership, the company experienced phenomenal growth. It has now been renamed Casagrand Industrial & Warehousing and become a leading provider of Ready To Move In and Built To Suit industrial and logistics facilities that offer Grade A infrastructure at value-based pricing. He has put the company on a growth trajectory that involves a country-wide network of logistics and industrial infrastructure.
He has also drawn renowned Manufacturing and warehousing companies into the Chennai market including Cooper Standard, Indutch Composites, OEC Records, NCR corporation, Nexteer Automotives, Coldman Logistics (Temperature control facility), Pegatron and ABB Hitachi. His credentials are impressive, he holds a B.Com Degree from Loyola College and MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. He is a GE-certified Six Sigma Professional, certified in Supply Chain Management by APICS USA and in Lean Management techniques, and has undertaken several Supply Chain Process Re-engineering programs. He has rich experience with GE Capital International Services (GENPACT) and later with RR Donnelley where he performed admirably before joining Casagrand Distripark.
